We are excited to announce that Washington Senior Living (WSL) is now at Phase 2 per the IDPH guidelines for Covid-19 precautions.
This means there have been no positive Covid-19 cases for more than 14 days and our facility may have indoor visits and communal dining.
Of course there are restrictions and protocols to make sure we continue to put the safety of our residents first!
We plan to start scheduling visits on Monday November 2nd 2020.
Call (309) 444-3161 and enter extension 160 to reach our Activities Department, the staff will give you details and coordinate your visit!
